This rather long article was found as a
"blog" and is being presented here. Unfortunately, there was no name for the
author other than a blog name, so credit cannot be given.
The man is from Argentina and
lived through their upheaval that started in December of 2001. While
different from the United States and dealing with a people that can
go ballistic at a soccer game, the civil unrest and the results are
pretty much standard, when the human animal is hungry.
